How quickly we can see you

From the call to relief, in four steps.

A clear path so you know what to expect. Timing depends on the clinic and clinical priority.

1

You call us

Tell us what's happening. We'll listen, ask a few quick questions, and let you know what to do next.

2
In the same call

We triage

We assess urgency, check availability at your nearest clinic, and offer the soonest suitable time.

3
Often same-day

You're seen

An AHPRA-registered dentist examines you and discusses what's needed to settle pain and stabilise things.

4
After your visit

You leave with a plan

Pain managed where clinically appropriate, plus a written quote for any further treatment options.

What we treat

Common dental emergencies, sorted today.

Most urgent issues are stabilised in a single visit. Definitive treatment options are explained afterwards, with a written quote.

Broken or chipped tooth

Smoothing, repair or temporary cover

We assess the fracture, smooth sharp edges, and either bond a repair or place a temporary protective cover until definitive treatment.

Abscess or infection

Drainage, antibiotics & pain relief

We assess the source, drain where appropriate, and prescribe antibiotics if clinically indicated. Definitive root canal or extraction options are discussed afterwards.

Knocked-out tooth

Re-implantation where possible

Adult teeth can sometimes be re-implanted if you act quickly. Keep the tooth moist (milk or saliva), don't touch the root, and head to the closest clinic.

Lost crown or filling

Re-cement or temporary restoration

If the underlying tooth is intact, we can re-cement the original crown. If not, we'll place a temporary restoration and plan a permanent solution.

Cost & cover

No surprise bills. Plans that work for now.

An emergency shouldn't add financial stress on top of pain. Here's how we keep things straightforward.

  • Health fund claims at the chair
On-the-spot HICAPS claims at participating clinics. Preferred-provider status varies by fund and location.
  • Buy now, pay later
humm and Afterpay accepted, subject to approval and lender T&Cs.
  • Payment plans via TLC
Spread larger treatments over manageable instalments where eligible.
  • Written quote, no surprises
Any work beyond your emergency visit is quoted in writing for your decision.

Health funds we work with

On-the-spot claims may be available through these funds at participating clinics. Preferred-provider arrangements and any "no-gap" benefits depend on your individual policy and selected clinic — please confirm at booking.
